Having a whole gym at your house is extremely convenient, I have a home gym setup in my shed in the backyard and I can't even begin to tell you how good it is. I have set up everything just the way I like it and I go in and crank the stereo up and put the equipment to good use.

I love the privacy that comes with a home gym, because you are able to go at your own pace without being pressured to rush your workouts so that the person waiting can use the machine and on the same token you don't have to wait for anyone to finish using your machine. Another thing that I notice is that I can try out new exercises and heavier weights without embarrassing myself and of course I can workout any time of day or night anytime I want for as long as I want.

One more thing (I told you I couldn't say enough good things about a home gym is that you will stick to your workout program and not miss any days when you have your gym at your home and that way you are getting fitter and seeing results quicker!
